Mindfulness

I incorporate when appropriate mindfulness in CST bring attention to present moment to release any unwanted specific emotions or stress. This technique releases pain and stress physically and emotionally to allow body to self-heal. CST with the high frequency energy along with mindfulness techniques makes the session even more powerful. I will teach diaphragmatic breathing and body awareness so client’s can take home to empower themselves to continue their healing.
